We require a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. There is a $100 fee for a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance for all injection appointments. All other services will be charged in full for a no-show or 50% for a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance.

All services require a credit card to guarantee an appointment. You will not be charged unless there is a late cancellation (within 24 business hours) or a no-show. Please let us know by Friday at 10:00 AM if you need to cancel a Monday appointment so that we have an opportunity to rebook that time.

All CoolSculpting Elite appointments will require 50% down at the time of booking.

The time, staff, and room reserved for each appointment are specifically for you. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible and we will try to still accommodate you. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule so you can receive your full treatment and so we do not disturb other scheduled clients' appointments.
